Version 4.0 has been rewritten from Visual Basic .NET 2.0 to Visual C Sharp .NET 4.0. The original database has been converted from Microsoft Access 2007 to Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Express. This brings speed and flexibility in the form of allowing simultaneous database transactions from separate users. In addition to the original version is a permissions environment where users can be granted rights to make modifications rendering certain portions of the application accessible to administrators.
